Cancelation Terms / Prepayment

If canceled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For group bookings canceled period is 20 days prior to arrival. If canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the overnights.

Children and extra beds

When placing children from 6 to 12 years the rate for extra places is 100 UAH. When placing adults and children over 12 years, the cost of additional space 200 UAH

Pets in the hotel rooms are not provided.
